　　重庆中国青年旅行社有限公司是以中国青年旅行社总社作为主发起人，通过募集方式设立的股份有限公司，1997年11月26日公司创立，12月3日公司股票在上海证券交易所上市，是我国旅行社行业首家A股上市公司，现有总股本4.1535亿股。中国青年旅行社拥有一支素质好、善于为旅客着想并朝气蓬勃、热情诚恳、细致周到的青年专业服务队伍，含接待人员、导游、司机和其他后勤人员。
